Kelvin Owange

Kelvin Owange is the CEO of Ankodi Relationship Therapy and a Research Consultant with an inclination to psycho-social research. He has extensive experience in Mental health, Community health, and Migration research. He is an astute trainer on research methods, organizational capacity building, monitoring, evaluation, and learning. His experience in psychosocial development has positioned him to work in multi sectoral setups including mental health hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and leading research institutions in Kenya. He is passionate about creating a nexus between mental health therapy and scientific research, further making research language more palatable to the end user. Currently, he is a member of the Panel of an Expert in NARIGP, KCSAP, and NAVCDP, which are World Bank Projects in Kenya.

Before his current roles, he served as a National Researcher on Protracted Displacement in an Urban World (Samuel Hall); Harmonization of Pre-Departure Orientation Profiles in EHoA Countries (IOM), Habitable, Climate Change and Migration (University of Twente), and Local Capacities for Peace International (LCPI). Kelvin has also published several articles in research Journals including; Community Engagement in HIV Vaccine Research as a Treatment Strategy among Men who have Sex with Men.
